Who is Jonathan Chiriboga?

I am a marketer, strategist, speaker and social media junkie. I’ve been in love with the art of marketing ever since I can remember. What fascinates me is the strategy and creativity involved in the pursuit of encouraging someone to participate and evoke in an action or reaction that hopefully leads to the creation of a relationship. I’ve dedicated my life to learning about this art and refine my craft every chance I get through reading books, taking educational courses, networking, attending events, teaching, public speaking, writing and by just rolling-up my sleeves and doing the work. With experience on both client and agency side, I have worked on some of the most amazing brands such as The Home Depot, Holt Renfrew, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Shoppers Drug Mart and General Motors. I have managed agencies and have been part of agency teams such as BIMM Direct & Digital and Maclaren McCann, producing award-winning work. I am currently a CRM & Digital Marketing Lead at McDonald’s Canada leading the digital and CRM strategy and execution.

I hold an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management. I also held a Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute and have a Certified Social Marketing Associate (CSMA) from the eMarketing Association. You can view my entire career details on my LinkedIn profile.
